GARDOUSSEL HEALING RETREAT: AUGUST 20th to 27th 2011
Are you one of the very many people who are going through life in emotional turmoil? Are you in a very dark place? Perhaps you feel that no-one cares, or even feel that you deserve to suffer? Perhaps you have sought help elsewhere with limited success?
These issues are holding you back from living the life you were meant to lead. How long will you continue to let the burden weigh you down? Do not think for one moment that there is nothing anyone can do, that this is something you need to put up with for the rest of your life. This retreat is an opportunity for you to take some time out, in beautiful peaceful surroundings, so that the process of healing can begin.
By the end of the week you can expect to be clear of many of your issues, and ready to move on to the next stage in your life. You will be able to see that your experiences happened for a reason, and you may be able to find out your true purpose. This week you will take the first steps toward living the life you were born for.
The format of the retreat is as follows: early risers are welcome to join in with a pre-breakfast yoga and/or meditation session, held outdoors (weather permitting). After breakfast we have one-to-one sessions until lunch. Numbers on this Retreat will be kept to a maximum of three to allow for intensive work. Afternoons are free for sightseeing or relaxation. Depending on the needs/wishes of the group there might be a group healing session in the evening, followed by evening meal and time to socialise or spend time on your own. The structure is very flexible to suit the needs and wishes of the group, and nothing is compulsory.
The price of £670 includes individual accomodation, breakfast, and all sessions. Partners are very welcome to attend at reduced rates. Lunch and dinner are not included. You have the option of joining us for meals with a contribution for the cost of the food; eating out; or a combination of the two to suit your needs.
Gardoussel Retreat is situated within walking distance of the village of St. Andre de Valbourgne in the Cevennes mountains of Languedoc. The area is very rural and ideal for hillwalking with many marked paths. The Retreat could be combined with a second week at one of the many holiday destinations in the south of France.
