Profound Healing - Healing Retreats

This is an opportunity for you to take some time out, in beautiful peaceful surroundings, so that the process of healing can begin.

The format of both retreats is the same: each day begins with a pre-breakfast yoga and/or meditation class, held outdoors (weather permitting). After breakfast we have one-to-one sessions until lunch. Afternoons are free for sightseeing or relaxation. Evenings comprise a group healing session followed by evening meal and time to socialise. The structure is very flexible to suit the needs and wishes of the group. Nothing is compulsory, if you would rather have a lie-in than attend the yoga, no-one will give you a telling-off!

Gardoussel Retreat is situated near the village of St. Andre de Valbourgne in the Cevennes mountains of Languedoc. The area is very rural and ideal for hillwalking with many marked paths. This Retreat is self catering, we will prepare food and eat meals together. The price of £325 includes accomodation and all healing sessions but not the cost of food. The Retreat could be combined with a second week at one of the many holiday destinations in the south of France.

La Ville Davy is a converted farm, situated in the village of St. Helen, convenient for the many sights of Brittany. It is only five miles from the medieval town of Dinan, a major attraction. La Ville Davy borders the Coetquen forest with its wildlife and walking trails. The Retreat includes full board with vegetarian catering, and the cost of £525 includes all sessions.
